Everything was clean, fabulous food, amazing views, room was large and newly decorated, comfortable bed, and free Wi-Fi made our stay truly enjoyable.

The people that run the place couldn't be nicer. Obviously it's a basic room for a basic price. (For example the shower doors and toilet seat were a bit broken.) But the air conditioning worked very well and the wireless internet was fast and reliable. That's what made the room for me. You get up there in an old fashioned elevator which was fine with me. (I wouldn't want to climb the stairs.) Also, the room is surprisingly large, although sparsely furnished. The bed was fair, not extremely comfortable or uncomfortable. And the location is very close to the train station. The breakfast is just a croissant, oj, and tea or coffee at a nearby restaurant. But at that price, I was happy just to be there. It's also easily accessible with key 24 hours a day.

The location

Once you arrive there, walk inside the building, there is no sign of where to go. The lady welcoming us, didn't even tell us where to go, which elevator to take, or which floor to go. It is a building with flats. The cleaning could be better, since there was allot of hair on the floor and some in the bed... For this price of the room, you can find another and better hotel to stay close to the same location.

The food options here were amazing, with delicious meals to choose from. the staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home 😊.

The staff was very friendly, and even stayed late for our later than 10pm arrival. It is also in a good location, just up the street from the shuttle bus drop off zone. We had no trouble getting anywhere and the bus station was a short walk away. There was also a shower/bathroom in our room, which is always a plus. I would recommend to anyone.

This is surely the best traditional hotel, helpful and attentive staff, newly decorated rooms.

The rooms here are extremely clean with large family beds and private bathrooms, and the staff is very polite.

The breakfast had a great selection of fabulous food and drinks. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant at all times. The location was marvellous, with a coffee house and restaurants walk from the hotel. I went everywhere from a train station as it was walk from the property

Room is so good, clean, and very relaxing. hotel lady is very cooperative and nice. we have booked smoking room but there is no place for smoking so we managed. rest is excellent

Recently renovated room that is clean and organized, featuring a safe to store your belongings, a work desk for getting things done, and a TV with multiple channels for your entertainment. 🌟 Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

Barbara was very nice and the room was fine. Great little place if you are sight seeing and just need a nice clean, secure room to leave your stuff and have a good night sleep. Proximity to Roma Termini was handy too.

I liked the kindness and friendship of the staff taking care of the rooms.The building is old and so is the elevator but it evoques history and it is at 2 minutes walk to one of most convenient locations in Rome, Termini central Station. From here by train, bus or subway you can go anywhere in Rome. Shuttle buses are a better and less expensive choice then trains to reach both airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino. The accomodations are rather spartan at Friendship Place, but the cleanliness is impecable.The breakfast is simple but just around the corner. I liked it but, for a picky person, maybe there are better choices availabl. For us it was OK.

For 3 person accomodation there is a bunk bed quite narrow and we were afraid to use it, seem dangerous without any railings.

The staff here are very friendly and I really liked their positive attitude.

Conveniently located, at walking distance from Termini station. The rooms have been recently renovated. Good wifi connection, available free of charge.

The b&b is on the 6th floor, the lift is quite small and not properly functioning at all times.
